Nadezhda Bobcheva

Nadezhda Bobcheva holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from UNSS - Sofia and a Master's degree in Urban Management from the joint programme of the Institute of Housing Policy and Urban Development – Rotterdam and Erasmus University – Rotterdam (the Netherlands). Nadezhda Bobcheva worked as a deputy mayor in the District of Oborishte (part of Sofia Capital Municipality) and participated as a consultant in the development, management and evaluation of project proposals under various operational programs. She also worked as a director in the "Economy and International Programs" Directorate at the Municipality of Silistra.
