City Assembly General Secretariat

The City Assembly has established the City Assembly General Secretariat to perform professional, administrative, technical, and other duties for the City Assembly.

The City Assembly General Secretariat performs tasks relative to convocation and holding of sessions of the City Assembly, its working bodies and City Assembly Presidency, drafting of decisions and other acts of the City Assembly, drafting of the body of acts, reports and minutes, provision of professional, administrative and technical assistance to city representatives and groups of city representatives, protocol, informing and public relations, preparation and conduct of elections, publication of City Assembly, mayor and other bodies' acts, cooperation of the City Assembly with Croatian and foreign representative bodies of units of local and regional self-government, informatisation of the City Assembly work, financial and material transactions, maintaining of documentation and keeping of records related to the work of the City Assembly and its working bodies, as well as other duties foreseen by regulations.
