Marija Vučković

Marija Vučković is an economist with 20 years of experience in the field of local and regional development, as well as in the implementation and management of EU funds. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb, with a degree in Business Economics, and then obtained a Master of Science in the field of macroeconomics. She worked as Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds, and in 2016 transitioned to the role of State Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture. In 2019, she was appointed Minister of Agriculture and in 2024 she took on the role of Minister of Environmental Protection and Green Transition.
