Goran Lampelj

Goran Lampelj is a transport engineer focused on sustainable mobility, with a particular focus on active mobility, sustainable urban mobility plans (SUMPs) and integrated passenger transport systems. His work is marked by a commitment to changing the paradigm of public space planning, with the aim of prioritizing sustainability and inclusiveness. A large part of his professional engagement is focused on developing mobility and public space solutions that foster urban renewal, increase resilience to climate change and rely on the active involvement of all stakeholders.
At ODRAZ, he is responsible for coordinating the CIVINET Slovenia-Croatia-SEE Sustainable Urban Mobility Network, designing and developing project proposals, implementing and evaluating projects, and organizing workshops for students, young professionals and representatives of local and regional authorities. The main thematic areas of these activities include spatial and transport planning and the use of EU funds.
